Studio Production- Production Manager and Floor Manager

As part of the job roles for this unit they have combined the two roles of Production Manager and Floor Manager so that the person that is a Production Manager will have a role during the live production.

Production Manager-

• Draws up Shooting schedules 
• Manage Budgets 
• Cross-platform considerations 
• Scheduling 
• Hiring Crew and contractors 
• Arrange Necessary Permission 
• Manage Production Office Team 
• Risk Assessments 
• Examine Scripts 

Floor Manager- 

• Checking Equipment 
• Seating the Audience 
• Relaying instructions from Gallery 
• Keeping the director and producer informed of off camera action
• Giving cue and time counts 
• Organising Runners
• Briefing and looking after those involved in the show 
• Controlling the studio
