First 10 mins need to capture your attention, look at other programs and how they grab your attention.

We want to create a hook in the first 10 pages so they can't turn it off.
From this book I decided to read the first 2 chapters of the book and see what the best opening will be as well as looking at other programs and how they start.
good research again - but we need to see how this will affect your own work. so maybe revisit the post with some critical reflection.
