Professional Practice- Contact to the PQA

Sophie and I decided to email Verity who is the principle of the academy to discuss the ideas of the production and the date in which we will come into the academy to do a recki.

Dear Verity, 

We are contacting you regarding the promotion video for the academy in Tonbridge, we have watched the previous video and the one from Rochester. We like the style and format of the video's but have a few ideas of our own, we would like to go into classes to film children having fun but also to ask a few students to do small interviews of what they like about the academy etc, but this may make the video a bit longer than previous. 

Would you mind giving us an idea of what you would personally like? Such as music and what classes you would like included. 

We would be happy to come into the school for a meeting as to talk ideas out in person, that way we can combine potential video content.

Hi Sophie and Roxanne,

I am really happy to leave the style in your capable hands.

We do 3 subjects  and a class for 4-6 yr olds. The video needs to sell our academy to potential `customers` and really sum up what we are about. You are welcome to go along one week and have a look around also talk to the Aimme who has been working with us the last few weeks.

If you could do a rough outline of the proposed concepts I could check through before we start shooting. Great work!
