Commissions Unit- Contact with Pastors

After having a conversation with the Street Pastors Aquila managed to find if they were interested in the project, she talked to them on a Friday night while they were out volunteering. One of the pastors gave Aquila an email address for us to get in contact with them.

Aimee and I have decided to write the email including a few points that Aquila pointed out to the pastors on Friday.

• Student Project 
• Add a link to the UCA Rochester Television Production site 
• Send part of the link 
• Suggest volunteering 
• Say what we would like off them (interviews and actuality footage) 
• Introduce our selves 
• Ask for a meeting 

We need to have a meeting and some dates set up for the pastors before we email them as it may effect their involvement.
