For the professional Practice unit we were asked to pick a commissions or work placement. After having little success with the placement option I decided to look into what commissions I could be a part of. Sophie Marriott had talked to Laura about the possibility of making a promotional video for the Pauline Quirke Academy, after a short conversation with Sophie I thought it may be a good idea to make this into a collaboration between the two of us.
Contact between Verity and Sophie and I will have to include some ideas that we may have about the promotional video and how we would create it. While looking through the website linked to the academy I decided we may want to make sure the items on the website are included in the video. Such as;
Location, time and date;
The team;
An overview of the academy;
The website also has the video for the Rochester based academy which would make a good example for us to look at. Showing what they do in the lessons and people having fun as well as showing their talent.
