This is the email I sent to Jamie to confirm and talk about a few other areas.
Dear Jamie,
Congratulations, you are our presenter on What You Sayin'. As presenter there are a few things that we need from you, like your measurements for the wardrobe department. We would like you to have a look into the topics that were mentioned in the interview, this is just so that you can understand in detail the discussions, we will be debating, Photoshop (good or bad), Voting (why is it important), Graffiti (art or vandalism) and Domestic Violence (Claire's Law). We need you to be free the week of the 23rd of March as to be apart of the rehearsals and the filming on the 25th March. Kate Sargent or I will email you your contract to be signed and sent back to us. Aimee Saunders will need you for promotional work, these dates have not been decided yet but I will pass on your email for her to contact you.
