Fiction Adaptation- Contact

While looking into deadlines I decided I better get a move on with contacting people so I have decided to contact British Legion and the local re-enactment society. The British Legion I sent a note through the website mentioning the project and that I would like some members to be involved with the project to help me be able to make a remembrance piece. I am hoping that the Legion members will be willing to talk to me and help me with the images I could use and also for them to be in the piece.
