Fiction Adaptation- Research

While looking into Poirot and the critic that could have been displayed, when I typed a search into google it came up with articles praising the series and the end.

The first article I looked at was by The Telegraph and celebrated the acting by David Sauchet. In the rest of the article they talk about the history of the books and Agatha Christie and how poirot was written in the books to have been killed off but they were hoping in the last episode there would be a different ending.

I then went on to a Agatha Christie website to see what they were saying about Poirot.
According to this website the case in question is the one that is the closest adaptation of the books for television. As this was the case in the first book written by Agatha fro Poirot.

The next article has a look into the 25 years in the making of Poirot.
They go into the fact that each case written by Agatha Christie was now adapted and that there was no longer any cases for Poirot. It talks about interviews with the actor that gave me an idea to look them up on YouTube and found one on Good Morning.
In the interview he talks about being Poirot and being now leaving the character behind.
